I believe with my whole heart and my deductive mind, that the level of gross deliberate ignorance of the masses we are witnessing in the case of Jodi Arias is only the beginning of a mindset, sweeping across the entire globe like a plague that devours humanities ability to want to think for themselves & follow “en masse” towards the cliff edge. Paying not attention to the demise looming directly in front of them.
As the first group of them plummet over the edge, those in the rear keep yelling to move foreword.
Swept up in the momentum of a tumultuous sea of humanities ignorance. The strong under toe sweeps underneath the weak and easily influenced towards their impending doom.
As the last of them are swept over the edge, plunging to their deaths in ignorance and alleged bliss.Those who had the strength, the Will and the fortitude to stop and take notice of the waters & chose to take the high ground on a firm mountain of solid rock, unmovable yet high enough to provide a vantage point to a 360 degree view
When the tide turns and ignorance returns, the mountain is always there, remaining staid in its purpose.

I watched the trial and the evidence, all of it in Jarias’ case. Definitely wanted to give the girl the benefit of doubt and presume her innocence prior to trial. Domestic violence is an insidious evil that needs to be eradicated. I have had the disfortune to be intimately acquainted with such evil. But after hearing all the evidence I found it to be simply unfounded that jodi was a victim. To say that everyone who believes she was guilty of M1 is simply following the masses is incorrect. I am OFTEN accused of not following the masses simply becs I am a rebel sort of gal.but in this case I found the evidence overwhelming. To date I have found no logical evidence to support her ‘innocence’ as to premeditation or that she is a victim of DV. Sadly, and I do mean this, sadly her expert witness alyce laViolette proved to me to be looking for DV in a wholly myopic sort of way. She also employed double standards for jarias and talexander that I found to be discrediting towards her ultimate assessment. Being extremely aware of the research on both DV and intimate partner stalking, when ms laViolette claimed stalking victims always report to authorities I knew she either does not have the expertise to speak on stalking or she willfully misrepresented what the research states. Only 50% of stalking victims report their intimate partner stalkers to the authorities and of those., a full HALF state the stalking went on for a full year prior to their reporting. Let me be clear, i dont know whether arias truly stalked travis alexander but breaking into email and facebook accts and sending other women emails purporting to be alexander can beclassified as a form of it. the point i ammaking is that the expert witness left me with questions as to her expertise. this is well known research on IP stalking. that hurt arias imo. Based on the evidence I saw at trial, it was Arias and not Alexander that was the abuser.
In my analysis of this case, I have not addressed any of the testimony by Ms LaViolette.
The actions of the coucil of defence for Ms. Jodi Arias are highly lacking to the point of suspect in deliberate negligence. I believe that both the victim, Mr. Travis Alexander and the accused Ms. Jodi Arias; were both together involed in a highly disfunctional, co-abusive relationship with each each in various forms.
However, that is a very grey area in this case of which I believe has many shades of grey on both sides and has become so muddled by time, overshadowed by the important facts in this case which have been ignored, with the forced confession and under duress.
I examined the evidence in this case initially from a strictly forensic pathological view.
Approaching this looking at the autopsy and crime scene evidence shows exactly what I have explained in the pathological profile.
It is unfortunate for both the victim Travis Alexander and now the additional victim Jodi Arias, being hung out to dry and be punnished for a crime so completly and illogically linked to her, that people need to give their head a shake and stop getting caught up in the under currents the Office of the Prosecutor has stired up simply because it was easier to make a case against Jodi Arias than go after the real perpetrators and subsequently open up an entire new can of worms. The County of Maracopa is affraid to pursue. Why? Prosecutors are known historically to go after the easier case, seek a conviction against the person who is easier to convict than the real offender. Whom might not stand a good chance in even being able to gain enough evidence for a charge to stick. It’s all about numbers. Please remember that such positions as the Prosecutors office and Judges are dependant on public opinion, support, conviction ratios and elected positions.

Travis thought he owned Jodi for her sexual passion he craved her an could not move on. Jodi could get a man very easily an was moving on to Ryan. Travis was being rejected yet again that day for Jodi was going on to Ryan’s after the visit with Travis.
Travis was going on the trip to Cancun with Mimi yet another VIRGIN who only wanted to be friends. HA rejected much I think so.
